    What we do inInternal Audit:

    • TheInternal Audit team at Tripadvisor is a highperforming adaptableand innovative team with a passion for continuous learning. Wedeliver insight and assurance to the company on criticalrisks.
    • Our Internal Audit team is looking foran IT audit manager to help scale our operational auditprogram.
    • Youll be part of a thriving team thatis constantly innovating and transforming to continue deliveringvalue in our rapidly changingenvironment.

    What youlldo:

    • Lead operationalreviews from planning to reporting primarily in the areas oftechnology risk.
    • Collaborate closely withmanagement teams to identify risks deeply understand potential riskmitigation solutions assess trade offs determine action plans andtrack these through to completion.
    • Enhance andscale our internal audit processes by developing effectiveprocesses using automation and dataanalytics.
    • Develop relationships across thecompany to keep current with key and emerging risks and use thisknowledge to contribute to the development of the internal auditplan.
    • Engage with inflight technology projectsto provide proactive advice assurance and insight to teams acrossthe company.
    • Collaborate to drive processimprovements and assist with the execution of the SOX program asneeded.

    Skills andexperience:

    • 6 years ofexperience in technology audit including experience working inInternal Audit.
    • Strong written and verbalcommunication skills including the ability to concisely explaincomplex technical topics.
    • Knowledge oftechnology and security risks processes andcontrols.
    • Someone who wants to take ownershipof projects and workstreams and work in a dynamic fun fastpacedenvironment.
    • CISA CIA ACA ACCA CISSP or relatedcertifications/trainingpreferred.
    • Familiarity withframeworks such as NIST COBIT COSO and regulations such as SOX SOC2GDPR.
    • A bachelors degreeor equivalent preferably in the areas of finance informationtechnology or informationsecurity.
