    Description

    Collins King & Associates is working with a leading events company in London, seeking a talented and creative Head Chef of Canapés to join their dynamic team.

    In this role, you will:

    • Develop and execute mouth-watering canapé menus for a diverse range of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale corporate functions.
    • Source high-quality ingredients and maintain a strong focus on food cost control.
    • Lead and inspire a team of chefs, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
    • Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are always met.

    We offer:

    • A competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum.

    To be successful, you will have:

    • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the events catering industry.
