Position Overview:
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives and supporting the business in achieving its strategic objectives.
You will work closely with key stakeholders to provide expert HR advice and guidance, with a particular focus on fostering diversity and inclusion within the organisation, a professional service background is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leaders and line managers to understand business needs and provide strategic HR support and solutions.
Lead and support the implementation of Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and projects across the organisation.
Provide expert advice and guidance on a range of HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organisational change.
Drive the performance management process, including setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and providing coaching and feedback to managers and employees.
Support the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with the company's values and culture.Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support the organisations goals and objectives.
Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven recommendations to enhance HR effectiveness.Stay up-to-date with relevant employment legislation and HR best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).CIPD Level 5 qualification or currently studying towards it.
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
Demonstrated experience leading or participating in Diversity & Inclusion initiatives or projects.Professional services industry experience is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
