CNC Setter Operator (Milling and/or Turning)Permanent
12 - £16 per hour + shift allowance + bonus
EMBS Engineering is in partnership with a precision engineering company located in Nottingham that is a leading specialist in manufacturing precision-engineered components.
Due to our client's increased workload, they are looking to expand their Machining Department and are therefore looking for a CNC machinist to join their growing team and support with new and exciting projects.
As a CNC machinist (Milling and/or Turning), you will be responsible for running proven programs to a schedule, adjusting tool settings, and correcting any errors.
You will be setting up tools and producing a 'First Off' part to correct quality standards, completing 1st off inspections from engineering drawings, and updating the paperwork.
You would also be required to apply machine maintenance as per schedules as well as a variety of other CNC Turning/Milling responsibilities.
At least 2 years CNC Machining Experience as a CNC Miller and/or CNC TurnerEMBS Engineering is a dedicated talent specialist that partners with some of the UK's most prestigious, advanced, precision engineering companies within the Aerospace, Automotive / Motorsport, Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Green, Environmental and FMCG industries.
