    Day/Evening Production Operatives
    37.5 hoursper week - 23,100pa increasing to 24,412 after12mths
    7.00am to 3.00am / 8am - 4pm - 2.00pm to11.00pm


    A fantastic opportunity has arisenwithin the production team, for Day/Evening production operativesto join a great company that takes pride in theirstaff.


    Main Duties &Responsibilities:

    • Electrical wiring and assembly in aquality-assured environment, using electrical drawings,wiring
    schedules, and schematics.

    • Assemblywork using microscopes.
    • Part and productpreparation.
    • Ensure manufacturing build times aremet.
    • Check and complete all paperwork associated withthe manufacturing data pack.
    • Maintain the highestlevel, of workmanship standards, and product quality.
    *Ensure compliance with all associated procedures applicable to themanufacturing process.

    • Maintain a safe workingenvironment.
    • Follow company housekeepingpolicy.
    • Be willing to contribute to an environment ofprocess improvement.
    • Accurately log on and off thebarcoding Glovia ERP system for each job process.
    *Follow and adhere to the company's policies & proceduresonsite.

    • Undertake additional duties andresponsibilities that may be required from time to time and asinstructed by the Team Leader/ProductionManager.

    Qualifications &Experience:

    • Ideally experience as a wire person.
    However, full training will be provided to all employees who do nothave relevant experience.

    • Ideally educated to GCE "O"level standard or equivalent preferably in English, Maths, and aScience subject.
    • IPC 620 certified/trained would bedesirable although full training will be provided.
    *Possess a versatile skill base with the capability to apply theseskills across a range of tasks.

    • Have basic knowledge ofequipment, tools, and measuring instruments associated withthe
    manufacturing of electrical wiring and cableassembly.

    • Ability to work on intricate and smallassemblies.
    • Ability to read and interpret electricaldrawings, schematics, and instructions.

    We provide fulland comprehensive training for this role so if you do not have thedesirable skills you will be trained in theseskills.
