    Hospitality Receptionist - Bristol

    To ensure the smooth running of all functions of the reception desk
    To re-confirm reservations in accordance with the Restaurant Brasserie & Bar booking policy
    To handle minor customer complaints efficiently and courteously within the guidelines laid down by the Manager and to tactfully refer more serious customer complaints to the Manager/Floor Manager
    To ensure that the reception desk and reception area is always clean and immaculately tidy

    To ensure the Menus, allergy menus and wine lists are up to date and ensure their cleanliness prior to each service.

    To distribute the correct number of wine lists, menus and dessert menus to the various storage locations
    To ensure that you are always punctual for your shifts and properly presented as specified in the staff manual and dress code
    To ensure you have a full working knowledge of Harvey Nichols Restaurants as specified in the staff handbook.
    To become familiar with the hygiene and Health and Safety policy and to ensure, by good housekeeping.
