    Director/Associate Director of Property Management

    Position Overview:

    They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director/Associate Director of Property Management to join the team in Birmingham.

    The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and executing property management strategies, ensuring the highest level of service delivery to clients.

    This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a forward-thinking consultancy business.

    Responsibilities:

    Leadership and Strategy:
    Provide strategic leadership in the development and execution of property management initiatives.
    Drive the overall vision and direction for the property management department.

    Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of client needs.
    Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality property management services.

    Team Management:
    Lead and inspire a team of property management professionals.
    Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

    Financial Management:
    Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the property management department.
    Implement cost-effective measures to optimize profitability.

    Operational Excellence:
    Develop and implement best practices for property management processes and procedures.
    Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

    Qualifications:

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

    Experience:
    Proven experience in property management leadership roles.
    Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development.

    Skills:
    Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Financial acumen and budget management experience.

    Certifications:
    Relevant industry certifications (e.g., RICS, CPM) are desirable.
