- Develop and implement production processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of products.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production failures and implement preventive measures.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Provide technical support to production staff and assist in resolving technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all production activities.
- Participate in new product development projects and provide input on manufacturing feasibility.
- Degree or a Higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in production engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and quality control.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
