    Description

    A fantastic opportunity to join KRM22 as a Client Services Analyst and add value to a fast-growing international business within capital markets.


    Through its Global Risk Platform, KRM22 helps capital market companies reduce the cost and complexity of risk management by providing applications to help address firm's trading and corporate risk challenges to manage their entire enterprise risk portfolio.


    Based in London, the Client Services Analyst is responsible for supporting KRM22 clients who use KRM22's enterprise risk management software.

    Working closely with other members of the Client Services team who are mainly based out of London and Chicago, the main duties include:


    Service Issues Analysis :

    Respond to client queries and issues using KRM22's software (knowledge gaps, functional gaps, escalation of defects to development, etc).


    Data Analysis :
    Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can guide decision-making and improve business performance.

    Client Services :
    Assist in understanding and addressing customer needs, ensuring that proposed solutions align with their goals and expectations.

    Collaboration :
    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure successful project delivery.

    Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or related field

    Exposure or proficiency in using analytical and project management tools and software, e.g. Python, SQL, JIRA, etc, would be useful but not essential

    Prior experience of working in a Client Services environment is an advantage but not considered a prerequisite for the role
