    Credit Control Manager Country Tyrone £45,000 - £60,000 The Company HAYWARD HAWK is delighted to be partnered with a house hold name in Northern Ireland.

    This fast moving manufacturing firm has had an incredible run over the past few years and are now looking to replace a senior member of the team following their retirement.

    If you are an ambitious individual with experience across both management and credit control, then this is an opportunity to take a step up in your career and oversee a team of 10 established credit controllers.

    There will be a full hand over with help on hand for the first several months whilst you get up to speed.

    What Youll get On site office Up to £60,000 a year Hand over provided Great wider benefits package What Youll do Working closely with the sales team and other commercial departments to make sure orders go through smoothly and to minimize credit risk.

    Helping to use the ERP system to make day-to-day operations smoother and more efficient.

    Keeping an eye on the credit control team's portfolio of debtor accounts, making sure they stick to company processes and payment terms.

    Supporting the implementation of both new and existing credit processes and procedures across the business. Managing and helping the development of a team of 10 credit controllers and account managers.

    Setting and keeping an eye on KPIs to manage the percentage of aged debt and ensure monthly cash flows are on track.
