    Description


    Customer Service Technician Job in KentCustomer Service Technician job, working for a top 10 housebuilder, on developments throughout Kent and the South East.

    Our client is looking for someone with a multi-skill set and has great customer service skills. The role is offering a salary up to £40,000 + a Company Van & Tools.

    Spread across nearly 15 regional offices with over 2,000 employees my client is one of the biggest housebuilders in the UK.

    They are looking for someone to hit the ground running in their busy team in Kent.

    Role & ResponsibilitiesAssist with maintaining a recommend rating at above target to ensure the company remains a 5-star builderBe a 'hands on professional' at the direction and correspondence of the Customer Services Management teamBuild and work upon a thorough knowledge of the company house-types and construction processesCarry the full requirement of tools needed to fulfil the job and replace where and when necessaryWork within the guidelines of the Warranty Provider and company standardsReview and manage your diary to ensure that workload is allocated suitably ensuring works can be completed first timeEnsure all works are carried out in accordance with specific risk assessments and method statementsMaintain a smart, professional manner alwaysBuild and maintain relationships with customersCommunicate daily with the office and Customer Service Team to update and record completed work – will be required to visit the office weekly.

    Required Skills & ExperienceMulti-skill setConstruction industry knowledge and experience are essentialFull Clean UK Driving License is essentialOrganised and effective at managing their time.
