    Position:
    Tax Manager

    TechNET-IT Recruitment is thrilled to announce a partnership with a key player in the corporate tax sector, presenting an appealing opportunity for a Tax Manager. This position is mainly located at their Watford office and reports to a Tax Principal. Moreover, it offers the chance to enhance your skills by assisting the Business Tax Team with intricate tax advisory services such as incorporations, IT/CGT planning, reconstructions, demergers, share schemes, and EIS/SEIS.

    • Perform tax work following the Firm's procedures.
    • Handle the preparation of Corporate Tax Returns and address related inquiries, supporting both staff and Principals.
    • Participate in tax planning activities.
    • Manage a specific client portfolio guided by the Corporate Tax Principal.
    • Keep records of Corporation Tax Returns and ensure timely submission.
    • Capable of overseeing compliance activities for a portfolio of OMBs and identifying tax planning prospects.
    • Beneficial to have an understanding of the relationship with non-corporate taxes.
    • Act as a collaborative team member with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to supervise junior team members.

    Benefits Package:
    Auto Enrolment Pension Scheme (Employer: 5%, Employee: 3%).
    Annual Christmas Bonus equivalent to 1 week's salary.

    Bonus:
    up to 10%

    Private Medical Insurance available after 3 months of service (taxable benefit). Annual Leave: 25 days per year (pro-rata), with 3 days typically taken during the Christmas/New Year period.
