    Senior Town Planner
    London (Hybrid Working)
    £An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Senior Town Planner to join a reputable planning team in the vibrant city of London. This is a fantastic chance for an individual with a strong background in town planning to take on a pivotal role, contributing to the success of our projects and shaping the urban landscape.

    Strategic Planning:
    Develop and implement comprehensive planning strategies to support the growth and development of urban areas.

    Project Management:

    Lead and manage planning projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining a high level of quality.


    Stakeholder Engagement:

    Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including local authorities, developers, and community groups, to facilitate effective communication and consensus building.


    Policy Development:

    Stay abreast of relevant planning policies and legislation, providing expertise and guidance to ensure compliance and alignment with best practices.


    Team Leadership:
    Mentor and support junior members of the planning team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

    Site Appraisals:
    Conduct site appraisals, assessments, and evaluations to inform planning recommendations and decisions.

    Hybrid Working Model:
    Embrace and adapt to a hybrid working model, balancing remote work and office-based collaboration as required.
    Degree in Town Planning or a related field.

    • Full membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
    • Proven experience as a Senior Town Planner, with a track record of successful project delivery.
    • In-depth knowledge of UK planning policies, regulations, and procedures.
    • Excellent project management abilities.
    Competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 per annum.
