About the Role:
As a Marketing Automation Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through retained support, strategic projects, and solution development. You'll align with their business objectives to craft plans that optimise marketing technology investments while delivering tangible value and revenue growth.
Your technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and problem-solving will enable you to work across various industries and projects, contributing meaningfully to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Development: Proficiently develop, understand, and deliver projects by managing scope, constraints, and acceptance criteria.
Client Management: Own and manage day-to-day client relationships, collaborating with peers to deliver projects on budget and on time.
Billable Activities: Consistently deliver billable activities, using non-billable time strategically to grow or realign accounts.
Customer Satisfaction: Understand client business challenges, improve CSAT metrics, and respond promptly to client requests within SLA
Project Risk Management: Identify, mitigate, and reduce project risks independently.
Platform Integrations: Maintain CRM platform integrations and assist in integrating additional systems.
Campaign Performance: Analyse and report on campaign metrics to the client's marketing team.
Marketing Automation: Manage Marketo automation efforts, implementing best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
Training Workshops: Confidently design and lead training workshops for various levels of Marketo users.
A/B Testing: Plan and conduct A/B testing to improve productivity, conversion rates, and programme ROI.
Operations Support: Support Marketo and CRM marketing operations, including lead lifecycle, scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.
