    About the role

    As the AEB National Partnership Manager for the LMP Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy to achieve enrolment targets and revenue goals across the country. You will lead a team of Learner Engagement Officers and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful promotion and sale of our adult education programmes.

    The National Manager plays a key role in advancing the company's market presence, fostering strategic partnerships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of AEB department a results-driven approach to propel the organization towards its sales and revenue objectives.

    Responsibilities [The below listed tasks/responsibilities are not exhaustive:]
    Sales Strategy Development and Implementation:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy aligned with the company's enrollment targets and revenue goals.
    Team Leadership and Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Learner Engagement Officers, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
    Market Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges in the adult education sector. Use insights to inform strategic decision-making.
    Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, industry influencers, and stakeholders to enhance the company's market presence and foster collaboration.
    Sales Performance Monitoring:
  • Implement and oversee systems to monitor and analyse sales performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to the executive team.
    Training and Development:
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and overall effectiveness.
    Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
  • Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and integration of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
    Customer Feedback Analysis:
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
    Adherence to Compliance:
  • Ensure that all sales activities adhere to industry regulations and ethical standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity in all dealings.
    Sales Forecasting:
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, providing insights into future trends and enabling proactive decision-making.
    Results-oriented Approach:
  • Demonstrate a results-driven mindset, continually seeking ways to achieve and exceed enrollment targets while maintaining a high standard of quality.
    Strategic Partnerships:
  • Identify and foster strategic partnerships that contribute to the growth and success of adult education programs.
    Travel and Representation:
  • Represent the company at relevant events, conferences, and industry gatherings. Willingness to travel as needed to build relationships and support sales efforts.

    Qualifications / Experience

  • Proven track record of success in a Sales Manager or similar leadership role, preferably within the adult education sector.
  • Substantial experience in the adult education industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets. Provide specific examples of quantifiable achievements.
  • Extensiveexperience in leading and managing sales teams, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic sales plans that align with overall business objectives.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, influencers, and stakeholders in the adult education sector.
  • Previous experience in developing and managing sales budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
  • Knowledge and experience in ensuring that all sales activities adhere to industry regulations and ethical standards.
  • Previous experience involving travel for business purposes, attending events, conferences, and building relationships on a national scale.
  • Experience working with diverse cultures and backgrounds, understanding the unique needs of adult learners from various demographics.
  • A history of seeking continuous improvement, implementing feedback loops, and refining sales strategies based on results. Knowledge & Skills (Essential)
  • Strong skills in managing all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • A focus on achieving and exceeding enrollment targets and driving overall sales performance.
  • In-depth knowledge of the adult education market, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
  • Proficiency in analysing sales data, interpreting trends, and making data-driven decisions.
  • A customer-centric approach, understanding and meeting the needs of prospective students.
  • Strong negotiation skills to facilitate agreements with partners and stakeholders.
  • A focus on achieving and exceeding enrollment targets and driving overall sales performance.
  • Recruiting, developing and managing a high-preforming sales team.

  • Strong networking skills to build and leverage relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and potential partners.
  • High emotional intelligence to understand and navigate the needs and concerns of both the sales team and prospective students.
  • The ability to bring innovative approaches to sales strategies and adapt to emerging trends in the adult education industry.
  • Comfort and proficiency with technology, including CRM systems, sales tools, and digital communication platforms. Benefits
