    Description

    Principal Asset Management is seeking a Senior Director, Global Institutional and EMEA Marketing to join their London office on a permanent basis.

    This role offers an opportunity to lead a marketing team to execute marketing initiatives for our global institutional business and EMEA regional business.

    Develop and drive the strategic direction of the institutional and local marketing team
    Collaborate with leadership, distribution and the wider marketing teams
    Partner to execute and prioritise strategic projects
    Participate in the planning, prioritisation and execution of high level initiatives for the institutional marketing team

    Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
    ~10 years' experience in a financial services organisation in marketing or a related field
    ~ Be able to understand and drive the execution and delivery of marketing strategies through various distribution channels
    ~ Skilled in problem solving, project management, decision making and communication
    ~ Be detailed-oriented, with excellent planning, delegation and time management skills
