Engineering @ 365 are currently working with a market leader in their respected field, who are recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to cover the North on a permanent basis.

Job Description:

Engineering @365 is recruiting for a leading provider of calibration services, specialising in precision measurement equipment across various industries including manufacturing, healthcare, aerospace, and automotive.

They are looking for a Field service engineer to support their business needs on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

Install and commission new calibration equipment at customer facilities, ensuring proper setup, configuration, and integration with existing systems. Troubleshooting, serving, calibrating, and repairing of machinery at clients' sites.
Supporting clients with both the installation of machinery accessories as well as new software for machinery.
Perform repairs and component replacements as necessary to restore equipment functionality and accuracy.
Liasing with customers addressing concerns promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the service lifecycle.
Working with a variety of mechatronic equipment on customer sites.
Ensuring Paperwork is submitted accurately and on time.
Support in the production of the Contractors' Proposals.

Requirements:

Qualifications within an engineering discipline.
Knowledge of electronic principles.
Excellent customer facing skills.
Ability to use software's such as excel and word.
Mechanical understanding with the ability to assemble and re assemble equipment.
