    FIND are a specialist staffing business, servicing the Skills, Learning & Apprenticeship markets across the UK.

    We're representing an Ofsted grade 2 apprenticeship provider who provide training across the UK in Hospitality, Catering, Adult Care, Childcare and Leadership & Management.


    Role:
    Hospitality Management IQA - Apprenticeships

    Experience Required:
    You MUST have experience working within the apprenticeship training space, with a background working in Quality. You will also need to have experience working in hospitality management.

    Fully remote basedSalary:
    £32,000-£35,000 (Flexible on experience)We're actively a Hospitality Management Quality Assurer to support our Hospitality Vocational Trainers and oversee our Level 5 ODM/Management and level 7 qualifications. About the RoleAs a Quality Assurer, you'll monitor and evaluate assessment activities, ensuring compliance and identifying risks. Your keen eye for detail and organisational skills will shine as you conduct sampling interventions, evaluate evidence, and prepare comprehensive IQA reports. You'll also contribute to improving training programs by identifying themes and participating in Quality Development initiatives.


    Your responsibilities will include:
    Conducting thorough sampling interventions throughout the learner journey to monitor assessment activities, ensuring compliance with standards.
    Evaluating assessment evidence meticulously for validity and reliability, preparing comprehensive IQA reports and sharing insights with stakeholders.
    Identifying sampling themes indicating risk or good practice, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
    Ensuring compliance with ESFA regulations through diligent sampling activities.
    Providing support to learners with catch-up plans and maintaining clear communication with Vocational Trainers.
    Promptly escalating areas of non-compliance and proficiently managing end point assessment referrals.
    Processing APA and RPL components accurately and contributing to Quality Development initiatives.

    About youTo thrive in the Quality Assurer role, you should have previous experience in a Quality role within a vocational training organisation.

    Holding a Level 4 TAQA qualification or equivalent, as well as a Level 5 or higher management qualification.

    We're also looking for the following skills and experience:
    Hands-on experience in Hospitality Management, managing areas such as F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, or Conference & Events.
    Exposure to HR scenarios in your hospitality background would be advantageous too.
    Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
