Project Operations Coordinator/Document Controller


Based at:
Badentoy


Reports to:
Project Manager & UK Manager


Key Responsibilities:

1) Project Operations Coordination:

  • Prepare projectrelated materials, such as project work packs, equipment load out paperwork and certification.
  • Coordinate logistics for project activities, including transport and rental equipment.
  • Write postproject reports, in coordination with Offshore Supervisors.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Project Manager.

2) Document Control:

  • Maintain SharePointbased document control system for both projectrelated and companywide documentation.
  • Organise, update and archive company documents, including policies, procedures, manuals, and records, in a structured and accessible manner.

3) Quality Assurance:

  • Collaborate with HSEQ resource to align document control practices with ISO and industryspecific standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits, inspections, and compliance reviews, ensuring all necessary documentation is readily accessible and uptodate.
