Nigel Wright is delighted to be working with a well-respected, Newcastle-based marketing and communications agency in their search for a Marketing Communications Account Manager.

This ambitious and growing company has exciting new projects lined up for 2023,and requires a talented individual to support future growth

The Role
The Marketing Communications Account Manager will be responsible for managing a key account through excellent client relationship building.
Success will be achieved through delivering first-class communication, managing internal stakeholders, and project managingthe clients campaigns.
The main role responsibilities include;

  • Working with the client to agree project brief, create project strategy, delegate work amongst internal departments, and project manage work flow of account executives to meet deadlines.
  • Manage project and campaign budgets, ensuring all departments are aware of budget and working within them
  • Communicate progress regularly with clients
  • Ensure all deliverables are to company standard and client expectations
  • Gather campaign feedback, report and improve
  • Contribute to company strategic improvements

The Person

  • 2+ years in a marketing and communications role
  • Experienced in multiple elements of communications, including PR, social media, advertising, digital, and print marketing
  • Demonstrable ability to manage large projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Enthusiasm to learn new markets
  • Extremely organised and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experienced in working within preset budgets
