Description

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process booking and enquiry requests from clients, patients and stakeholders

Coordinate with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure that all enquiries and bookings are handled efficiently and effectively

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bookings and enquiries, ensuring that all necessary information is entered into the appropriate systems and databases

Prepare and send out booking confirmations, invoices, and other relevant documentation as required

Monitor and manage the booking schedule, ensuring that all appointments are scheduled appropriately and any issues are addressed promptly

Assist with general administrative duties as needed, including filing, data entry, and record keeping


Requirements:

Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the medical / healthcare industry

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

A good standard of education

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software and technology

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
