- Set and operate our roll forming equipment, presses and ancillary equipment
- Produce parts at the correct rate and report any issues with achieving that rate
- Take responsibility for the quality of the parts produced
- Keep production and quality related records up to date
- Ensure good levels of S are maintained in the area
- Be involved in continuous improvement processes driving through improvements in all aspects of the role
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed
- Performs Other Duties as Assigned
- A good knowledge of Roll forming
- Able to work as part of a team and as an individual
- Motivation to beat targets safely and required quality standards
- Ability to comply with and promote Atkore's ATIRE and SQDC values

Unistrut is looking for an experienced rolling mill setter to support our continued growth. This role will be positioned within the Production Department located at the West Bromwich facility. The role will report directly to the Production Group Leader.

Hours of work will be hours per week working -week rota shift pattern -
Shift – Monday -Thursday am -pm and Friday am-pm
Shift – Monday-Thursday pm-pm and Friday pm-pm
Shift – Sunday-Wednesday pm-am and Thursday pm-am
Hourly pay rate - £ - £ depending on experience, plus % shift allowance for day shifts and % shift allowance for night shift.
