FLEET & ASSET MANAGER –SPECIALISED SERVICES DIVISION:
A vacancy exists for a Fleet & Asset Manager based at Sasol Secunda Plant (Site). The overall purpose of this position is to manage the overall fleet operations and assets.
Code 8 Driver's License
Key Performance Areas (Not totally inclusive):
Create Asset Registers and maintain daily.
Knowledge and understanding of the Procurement Process.
Obtain fleet numbers from the Fleet Department.
Process all assets acquisition.
Disposing and transferring assets.
Reconciliation of the Assets clearing accounts.
Perform physical verification of assets and assets tagging.
Assisting auditors with year- end and interim audit
Once order has been sent to the supplier, confirm current stock, expected delivery date or lead times and communicate this information to the Procurement manager as well as the customer.
Have excellent organizational, planning and prioritizing skills.Ability to work under pressure, independently and willing to travel if and when required. (Needs to be flexible and adaptable).
