- Efficiently handle inbound leads, assess their potential, and qualify them based on predetermined criteria.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to prioritise leads and ensure seamless hand-offs for further nurturing or closure.
- Independently manage and close smaller leads, utilising effective sales techniques for successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with BDMs to provide support in closing larger leads when necessary.
- Assist in developing and executing strategies for identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Collaborate with field sales to create tailored offers that address client needs and drive additional revenue.
- Help plan, execute, and manage outbound product marketing campaigns to generate interest and demand among potential clients.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness, track key performance indicators, and optimise strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients post-sale, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and enquiries promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of lead qualification, pipeline progression, and closed deals using their CRM software.
- Generate regular reports to provide insights into lead conversion rates, campaign performance, and customer engagement.
- Proven track record of success in a similar role, preferably in a B2B sales environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, lead qualification, and lead distribution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence at various levels.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify growth opportunities and overcome challenges.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools for lead tracking and reporting.
- Experience in post-sales customer support and relationship management.
- Previous experience in managing outbound product marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with or experience of working within the healthcare industry.
