    Site Manager - Residential Construction

    Position Overview:
    You are a motivated and experienced Site Manager looking to oversee ambitious residential construction projects.

    You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our developments, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

    Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize workflow and resolve any issues that may arise.
    Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to uphold standards of excellence in construction.

    Foster positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities, representing the company in a professional manner at all times.

    Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project progress, costs, and compliance.
    Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction, preferably with a PLC house builder.
    Strong understanding of traditional construction methods and processes.
    In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in construction.
    Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
    Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are desirable.
