- Set up and maintain the dance and drama area to create an appealing environment for children
- Follow policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for children
- Provide active supervision and attention to children throughout the day
- Plan and conduct engaging dance and drama activities suitable for different age groups
- Encourage maximum participation from the children
- Ensure safe use of equipment during sessions
- Collaborate with other staff members
- Deliver the 'Dance Fusion' Skills Builder course
- Responsible for general welfare and safeguarding
- Experience in dance and drama
- Minimum 18 years old
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Positive, caring, and organized with excellent communication skills
- Enhanced DBS check required
- Attendance at necessary training events
- Compliance with child protection policies
- Assistance with camp activities
- Ensure Health and Safety regulations are followed
- Organize age-appropriate activities
- Encourage children to participate in new activities
- Promote a safe and healthy environment
- Support colleagues in maintaining child welfare standards
- Act as a positive role model for the children
- Report any Child Protection concerns
- Accommodate children with additional needs
- Support Skills Builder sessions if needed
- Provide assistance during swimming sessions
- Adapt to changing roles and business objectives
