    Branch Manager

    Gatley

    £40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus

    Branch Manager Ideal Profile:

    • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably with a solid understanding of domestic and commercial merchandise
    • Shows a strong dedication to delivering outstanding customer service and meeting customer expectations
    • Demonstrates solid business acumen and a proven history of boosting sales and enhancing profitability in a retail or branch setting
    • Exhibits exceptional leadership qualities, empowering and developing a team to reach their full potential
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with customers, team members, and stakeholders
    • Highly organized, skilled in task prioritization, and proficient in handling multiple responsibilities efficiently
    • Holds a valid driving license, capable of driving for branch-related tasks

    Branch Manager Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
    • Boost sales and profitability by actively interacting with current and prospective customers, delivering exceptional service, and fulfilling customer needs
    • Establish clear branch objectives and track performance against targets, taking corrective measures when needed
    • Lead, inspire, and enhance the skills of the branch team through guidance, support, and training
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, company policies, and procedures, promoting a safe working environment
    • Conduct inventory checks and audits to manage stock levels effectively, maintaining accurate records and reducing losses
    • Maintain compliance of branch vehicles, overseeing servicing and repairs when necessary
