Danetre Community Hospital is Inpatient facility based in Daventry, Northamptonshire .

Danetre Community Hospital is one of five Community Hospitals within Northamptonshire who all work closely to share best practice and develop services for our local population.
We want to create an effective and high performing team which you can be part of from the very beginning making a positive difference and delivering outstanding care.
The post holder will need to provide quality care for a group of patients, specialising in rehabilitation and sub-acute care from patients stepping down from acute hospitals and step up patients for acute hospital admission avoidance in a physical health inpatient unit.

carryout clinical skills such as complex medication administration, intravenous medications and fluid administration, syringe pump use, enteral feeding, complex wound care and catheterisation
Assist the Ward Sister managing a team of patients, supervision and delegation to junior staff.
To apply you must be on the NMC register or due qualify within the next 6 months if you are currently a student nurse.
