Are you an experienced Client Account Manager who is looking to help make a real difference to the service our Clients receive? We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our award-winning team as we bring to life a new vision for corporate servicesacross the health service.

The NHS SBS Employment Services offering provides an end-to-end portfolio of solutions that helps our Clients (NHS Trust Organisations) to focus on their primary objectives of providing outstanding levels of service and care to patients across the UK.

Our newService Management function will play a key role in enhancing the quality of Payroll & Pensions services received by our Clients.

You will be pro-active in identifying opportunities to develop and enhance the services ES provides, through collaboratively working with our, Customers, Operational Service Delivery teams and Client Partnership Executive teams.

You will develop positive internaland external relationships, using data and insights to identify improvements within the service whilst representing the views and requirements of the client to SBS and SBS out to the client.

What you'll be doing:


  • Working closely with the Operational Service Delivery teams and Clients to ensure expectations can be met and are carried out to the highest standards
  • Use data to represent the service delivery levels to the Client and develop actions plans with Clients and internal Operational Service Delivery teams
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve ES & Client relationships and develop a roadmap of improvements for each Client
  • Collaborate with SBS Business Development team and Client Partnership Executives to ensure active implementation of Client relationship objectives during the sales process
  • Work closely with Finance and Commercial teams
  • Deliver against key financial and quality targets

What you'll bring:


  • Experience of working within a client focused environment, with a working knowledge of acting as a conduit between the business and it's clients.
  • Sound influencing and negotiation skills to wow our clients with
  • Strong customer focus aligned with a commercial perspective
  • Data savvy ability to compile, analyse and present information to key stakeholders with experience of building relationships and influencing key stakeholders within Client and Operational Service teams

Location:
Remote - however would be required in either the Southampton or Sheffield office one day per week and regular Client site visits

Salary:
£45,000 - £50,000 - Dependent upon experience and training needs


Benefits:
£5,400 car allowance, 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, private medical, life assurance, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund
