    Description
    AA Euro Group are looking for a Mechanical Construction Site Manager for our client for a Pharmaceutical New Build project


    Responsibilities:

    • Assist and lead in the management of site safety in conjunction with the project team and safety team.
    • Play a lead role in the management of site QA in conjunction with the QA manager.
    • Aid in the management of the project schedule in conjunction with the project team and project manager.
    • Manage and track all costs associated with the project, including labor, material, plant & equipment, variations, and valuations.
    • Support the oversight of all day-to-day site operations.
    • Directly manage the project team, aligning all disciplines to achieve project goals.
    • Manage sub-contractor activities, tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels. Ensure weekly meetings with sub-contractors and package owners.
    • Assist in managing the in-progress snagging system, ensuring supervisors return weekly punch lists where applicable in support of the QAQC manager.
    • Ensure direct labor hours and sub-contractor hours are reported to the time administrator for tracking security.
    • Lead site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning and coordination meetings, and handover meetings.
    • Support the closeout of all project items, including the final account O&M Manual, punch list, safety file, QA file, material and plant relocations, and project plan—all with the support of the site project manager.

    Requirements:

    • Previous Pharma or Industrial experience (preferred)
    • Strong knowledge of the full design and construction process.
    • Full clean driver's license.
    • Ability to control and manage people and programs.
    • A trade background or a relevant third-level qualification.
    • Proven record of coordinating and managing large projects.
    • A minimum of 5 years as a construction manager.
