Chippenham

Salary - £ 20,100-£22,800 per annum - depending on skills and experience.

Contract type - Permanent.

Working hours - Full Time

Closing Date - 19 February 2024

About the role
We are currently recruiting for a Locality Support Officer on a Full-time basis based in Chippenham.


You will be working within a defined locality area supporting a team of housing and community officers to support our tenancy management obligations.


This vital role will be to plan and co-ordinate tasks; provide administrative support to ensure that customers are kept at the heart of everything we do.


Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.

About you
You will have significant Admin experience.

This will include having strong administration skills and ability to multitask and working in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities.

Experience in Housing is essential but not desirable.

You will have working knowledge and understanding of Data Protection and information sharing. An understanding of equality & diversity in service delivery.
