Key Responsibilities Summary of your day-to-day?
You'll successfully manage your customer accounts, continually providing advice and guidance, responding to client questions in a timely manner and add value to their subscription.
You'll provide periodic business reviews, manage escalations, identify upsell opportunities and work with customers to achieve their goals via success plans.
You'll negotiate existing contract terms and ensure customers are set up for success with the right package tailored to them.
