    To fully understand and perform your job accountabilities and personal competencies as described below, working with your team to deliver Crimson Hotels standards.

    # To follow and ensure in particular kitchen standards procedures, Health Regulations, recipes, portion size and cleaning schedule.
    # To ensure proper food storage including ensuring stock rotation, labeling with date, product specification and temperature control.
    # Maintain at all time a high quality standard of work with focus of minimum wastage to ensure maximum profit.
    # Cleaning and hygiene checklist to be filled out and passed it to Sous Chef.
    # To prepare and assist in all preparations of Food items in accordance with kitchen standards
    # To ensure a constant clean as you go approach during their shift.
    # Maintenance of all kitchen equipment to include cleaning and maintenance.
    # In absence of the Chef the Partie and Demi Chef, the Commis chef executes also tasks not shown in the job description to the best of his/her abilities to ensure the smooth and proper operation of the kitchen department.
    # Do not waste energy, make sure ovens; Maintains at all times the highest standard of personal hygiene in connection with being shaved, haircut and having clean and cut fingernails (where applicable)
    # Shouting or other violent actions are not permitted within the hotel.
    # Adheres to Hotel regulations applicable to all hotel personnel.
    # Any other duties as necessary as requested by the executive Chef to ensure the efficient and successful operation of the Kitchen Department.
    # Be aware of all fire, safety and emergency regulations
