Description
If you are a Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager looking to progress your career with a tier one contractor offering good training and a consistent work stream read on.
Our client, has a secure work stream on projects in the North East which include commercial refurb and modular newbuild extension works.
Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring the project runs smoothly and efficiently.Manage and motivate on-site teams, including subcontractors and tradespeople, to deliver high-quality work within strict timeframes.
Implement and enforce health and safety practices, adhering to SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) guidelines.
Regularly liaise with clients, Project Manager, and suppliers to maintain clear communication throughout the entire project.
Monitor construction progress, identify and resolve potential issues, and ensure adherence to project specifications and regulations.
Possession of SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card qualifications.
Enthusiasm for delivering high-quality projects within deadlines.
Valid driving license.
For this role, there will be the need to get through level 2 and CTC security clearance checks.
