Overview

The positionof Project Engineer is crucial to our organization as it plays akey role in overseeing the planning execution and completion ofengineering projects. Project Engineers are responsible forensuring that projects are completed on time within budget and meetquality standards. They work across various engineering fields andliaise with different teams to ensure successful projectdelivery.

Keyresponsibilities

Manage and lead theproject team in the planning and execution of engineeringprojects
Prepare project proposals budgets andschedules
Coordinate with internal and externalstakeholders to ensure project requirements aremet
Perform technical analysis and provideinnovative solutions to engineeringproblems
Monitor project progress and addressany issues that arise
Ensure compliance withregulatory standards and industry bestpractices
Mentor and supervise junior engineersand project team members
Conduct riskassessments and implement risk mitigationstrategies
Evaluate and report on projectoutcomes to stakeholders
Continuously improveproject management processes andmethodologies

Requiredqualifications

Bachelors degree inEngineering or related field
Proven experiencein project management and engineeringdesign
Proficiency in project managementsoftware and tools
Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills
Excellent communicationand interpersonal abilities
Ability to workcollaboratively in a multidisciplinary teamenvironment
Sound knowledge of industryregulations and standards
Detailoriented withstrong organizational skills
Ability toprioritize and manage multiple projectssimultaneously
Project Management Professional(PMP) certification is a plus
Understanding offinancial and budgeting processes
Experience inrisk management and quality assurance
Abilityto travel to project sites asneeded
Proficiency in CAD software and othertechnical tools
Strong leadership anddecisionmaking capabilities
