Peabody, an exciting new opportunity has arisen for a
Barista within a new and vibrant coffee bar at the Darwin Court Healthy Living Centre, in South East London.

In return you will receive a competitive salary of
£11.05 per hour.

About the Barista role:

We are looking for a
Baristato deliver the day to day operation of the coffee bar.

Including the making of a range of coffee bar drinks, some food preparation, restocking, delivery of goods, ensuring its smooth running, excellent deliveryof this service to all customers whilst creating a strong community feel.

This is a zero hours contract where you are paid for hours worked. The contract offers flexibility with periods of non-working. There will be a combination of compulsory and flexible hours that you will be required to work. You will be required to coverfor employee sickness absence, annual leave and any other absences.

Please note that you must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week (Weds-Sat) with possible overtime.

This role will require an Enhanced DBS check.

What we're looking for in our Barista :??

Proven interpersonal skills able to develop good work relationships, enjoy meeting and working with people at all levels and from diverse walks of life
Good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
Ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure while remaining welcoming and friendly to customers
Proactive
Experience in working with a fast paced, customer focused environment
Basic food hygiene certificate
