    Salaried GP required - 3-6sessions per week

    Weare an extremely friendly and patient centred practice that is experiencing hugegrowth due to new houses being built in our local area, meaning we now requirea further 6 session Salaried GP to join our close-knit team.

    Weare a progressive, forward thinking, innovative and growing Practice, based inSouth Gloucestershire. Our practice is in the town of Yate, which lies equidistant(12 miles) between the vibrant, cultural, and historic cities of Bristol andBath.

    Weoffer same day access, which is very much liked by our patients and as a resultour patient satisfaction with appointment availability is high. We have developeda fantastic reputation within the local community and strive to provide excellentcare.

    Main duties of the job

    Asa salaried GP, your day will comprise of a mixture of telephone consultationsand face to face appointments. There are follow-up slots allocated daily in theearly afternoon for you to book in any follow up calls you may wish to make,along with allocated coffee/lunch breaks and admin time.

    We do not operate a traditional on call model we ensure our clinician appointments are ringfenced and therefore have a safe level of appointments every day.

    You will see 15 patients in the morning and 11 patients in the afternoon.

    Personalised patient lists and a GP Buddy system so that continuity of care remains a priority.

    GPs are clinically supported by Physicians Associate, Paramedics, First contact Physiotherapists, Nurses and Health care assistants, a Mental health nurse and a Clinical Pharmacist

    Strong nursing and administrative teams providing support to all GPs.

    Regular well-being weeks for staff, walking challenges and social events.

    Our own purpose-built premises with an adjoining community pharmacy
