- Ensure the effectiveness of the service's clinical model, aligning with policy and national guidance.
- Develop and maintain immunisation and vaccination schemes to combat blood-borne viruses and other infectious diseases.
- Oversee staffing levels for all programmes to meet contractual requirements consistently.
- Foster a culture of continuous professional development within the nursing team.
- Registered with the NMC with a current PIN- Essential
- Significant experience in health/social care or similar fields.
- Experience managing teams in clinical services and substance misuse- Essential
- In-depth knowledge of clinical interventions, UK Drug Strategy, and social policy reforms.
- Familiarity with treatment models, harm minimization interventions, and regulatory frameworks.
