Description
HR Officer - Belfast - ConstructionMCS Group is delighted to be partnering with an exciting local organisation who is wishing to appoint an HR Officer to their HR function, this is an excellent opportunity if you have been working as an HR Officer or HR Generalist and want to get exposure in an array of different project work as well as the operational side of HR.
The Successful candidate will be based in the Belfast site supporting the HR function and working alongside the HR Manager to ensure a professional HR service is delivered.
As the HR Officer you will be working in a full generalist capacity.To be a point of contact for all HR queries.
Support in HR Projects.
Coordinate recruitment procedures from shortlisting, interviewing, issuing offers & on-boarding
Maintaining HR records and HR database.
Responsible for the maintenance and use of HR systems & databases
Support Managers in dealing with employee relations issues including, but not limited to, investigations, disciplinary, grievance, capability, flexible working, attendance management and health and well-being issues
Assist in the implementation of CSR/ESG work
To assist with learning & development and organisation of learning events
At least 3 years of HR experience withing a fast-paced HR function.
~ A competitive salary up to £35,000
