    JobDescription

    Our client is seekinga highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Solution Developer tojoin their dynamic team. In this role you will play a pivotal rolein designing implementing and maintaining projectspecific solutionswithin our agile Scrum teams. This position offers a hybrid workmodel based in our London Bridge office requiring a commute withinthearea.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaboratewith business users project managers and developers to design anddevelop innovative solutions that meet clientrequirements
    • Write clean scalable anduserfriendly code across the full stack of technologies ensuringthe maintainability and quality of code
    • Supportdaily business operations and develop an indepth understanding ofthe entire technology stack
    • Provide technicaladvice to customers and partners ensuring successful implementationand functionality of solutions
    • Lead and mentorother team members fostering collaboration and success within theteam
    • Work closely with crossfunctional teamsproject managers and partners to deliver highquality solutions ontime and withinbudget


    KeySkills andQualifications:

    • Bachelorsdegree in computer science Engineering or relatedfield
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in ITareas including analysis design anddevelopment
    • Strong knowledge of data structuresalgorithms and designing for performance scalability andavailability
    • Deep understanding of HTML and CSSXML and XSLT
    • Experience with UML architecturemodelling and Design Patterns
    • Proficiency inJ2EE Java JavaScript frameworks Microservices REST andSQLDatabases
    • Familiarity with developmentprocesses such as code review unit testing continuous integrationand release management
    • Experience working inAgile Scrum and DevOps environments
    • Excellentcommunication skills and a strong productsense
    • Ability to work independently andcollaboratively within a teamenvironment
    • Passion for solving digitalchallenges and learning newtechnologies
