    Punto Health is building an AI-powered digital platform to revolutionise dementia care.

    Our mission is to connect healthcare providers, patients, and carers to enable personalised, proactive management of dementia at every stage.

    Leveraging cutting-edge AI, Punto Health offers:
    A patient and carer app with adaptive content and personalised care plans
    A web app for healthcare professionals to remotely monitor and manage patients
    London Leap programme, hosted by the Health Innovation Network South London.

    As Punto Health's first Mobile-focused Software Engineer, you'll play an integral role in bringing our vision to life.

    You will work directly with the co-founders, Anna (CEO, AI) and Jack (Head of Engineering), helping shape all aspects of the business.

    You'll collaborate closely with our clinical partners, and advisors to architect, build and ship our core patient-facing application. As an early employee, you'll have the opportunity to shape our company culture and grow into leadership roles.

    Own the mobile app development lifecycle end-to-end, from design to deployment and monitoring
    Work with React Native/ Flutter to develop the cross-platform app for iOS and Android
    Implement best practices in mobile development, testing, and CI/CD
    Analyse app usage metrics and incorporate insights to continuously improve UX
    3+ years experience in mobile app development, with deep expertise in React Native or Flutter
    ~ Strong grasp of mobile app architecture, state management, performance optimisation
    ~ Passion for building delightful, intuitive user experiences with empathy for our users
    ~ Alignment with our mission to transform dementia care on a global scale

    Familiarity with native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin/Java) development
