    Are you a Skilled Metering Engineer with a strong focus on safety and exceptional customer service? You will be the face of our company in our customers' homes, often being their first point of contact with Octopus Energy, so we set the bar high.

    You should be just as comfortable engaging with customers as you are with installing meters. Your responsibilities will include installing meters, demonstrating how they work, explaining how they can save energy, and addressing any inquiries about our green energy initiatives.

    By joining the Octopus Energy Services team, you will have access to all the resources necessary to deliver top-notch service. Our office team shares the same objectives, allowing us to work together seamlessly to provide an exceptional customer experience. Additionally, you will benefit from Octopus Energy's advanced technological capabilities, enabling us to continuously enhance our processes and maintain our high service standards, minimizing administrative tasks and allowing you to focus on your expertise.

    Qualifications:
    • Focus on safety in all tasks
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to smart metering
    • Prior experience in dual fuel metering
    • Gas Safe Certification - CCN1/MET1 or CMA1/MET1 (or equivalent)
    • MOCoPA Certification - at least 1ph WC
    • Valid UK driver's license
    • Proficiency in using handheld terminals
    • Flexible work approach and commitment to delivering a positive customer experience
    Additional Benefits:

    This position is remote with travel required to various locations in Scotland.
