    Global Engineering are at the centre of this ambition, and we will need to lead the way for asset master planning and brilliantly execute bigger and more complex projects.

    The role is positioned in the Spirit and Beer Packaging team within Global Engineering. This includes not only the annual operations Capex investment but also against Brand Change and Strategic CapEx.

    Deliver annual Capex plans ensuring projects are delivered safely on time, within budget, and to the expectations of the business.

    Responsibility for delivering Capex spend relating to own projects some of which could be in excess of £1M.
    Use specialist and engineering knowledge to provide technical specifications and costs for Capex projects.
    Liaise with external resources / contractors and deploy appropriate resources to ensure project delivery.
    Ensure compliance with appropriate Health & Safety, Engineering Safety Compliance and Environmental standards.
    Considerable experience and professional development in areas such as project management are needed and critical for the role.
    NEBOSH.
    Good at networking to establish excellent relationships, effective influencer, with excellent communication skills.
    The role will also require some travel to other sites, depending on the project requirements.
