About the Role
The role of Administrator Officer is to provide a comprehensive, effective and high performing delivery of administration services to Ruach City Church (RCC) customers, ministry teams, volunteers and stakeholders, ensuring appropriate confidentiality, dataprotection and ensure compliance is maintained.
You will also be responsible for assisting the Administration Manager with the continued development of RCC administration through the provision of effective and efficient processes and procedures to assure thedelivery of high standard and accurate administration records and service.

You will be the first point of contact for all general enquiries and as such the face of the administration team, providing excellence, professional and high-quality customer focused administration services, and establishing and maintaining good workingrelationships with colleagues, managers and teams to facilitate excellent teamwork.
About you
As the Administration Officer you will have excellent customer service skills, with experience of providing a professional and efficient service, with 2 years+ experience of working in an office/admin/reception environment.
You will have proven experienceof delivering a high quality customer service to service users, staff, customers, suppliers and stakeholders and have a sound knowledge of office management and administration systems, including the use of Microsoft office specifically at intermediate levelin excel/word.
Knowledge of current data protection legislation is key for this role as you will be expected to adhere to these and to ensure you remain confidential at all times, whilst dealing with sensitive information.
You will be a highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
It would be great if you
Hold a minimum level 3 admin qualification in office skills/business administration/reception. Experience of working with volunteers, or relevant experience of working with people with diverse needs and abilities
From time to time you may be asked to travel between Ruach City Church locations and wherever reasonably required for the role

Ruach City Church one of the largest and fastest growing non-denominational Pentecostal Christian churches in Europe.
Starting from humble beginnings, with only a handful of faithful members, the church has grown rapidly since its inception in December 1992.
The church is known for hosting interdenominational events which have had an overwhelming success in promoting greater unity within the wider Christian church.
We have recently celebrated our 30th anniversary and it is an exciting time to be working forRuach as we look to expand with new dynamic projects.
