    Areyou passionate about leading a team ensuring poolside safety andfostering a love for swimming I am seeking to recruit anenthusiastic individual to take on the role of SwimManager in West London.     As the SwimManager you will be taking leadership of theswimteachers and developing the swim programme andmaintaining smoothpoolside operations. The perfect candidate mustpossessLevel 2 Swim Teaching orNPLQ Qualified as aminimum.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manageswim teachers and effectively through training development andperformance.
    • Maintain efficient poolsideoperations ensuring safe systems of work standards are upheld andgeneral maintenance/ repairs are logged andactioned.
    • Handle membership and swim inquiries;optimising timetable efficiency to drive and achieve centre targetsproviding excellent customerservice.
    • Demonstrate leadership in dutymanagement overseeing morning and eveningshifts.
    • Utilise your aquatic expertise toenhance the overall leisure experience by tracking measuring andreporting on the effectiveness of aquatic programmes customerdemands and demographics including any water wellbeinginitiatives.

    Requirements:

    • PreviousSwim Teacher or Managementexperience
    • NPLQ or Level 2 SwimTeaching as a minimum
    • Backgroundin aquatics preferably as a swim teacher is highlydesired.
    • Passion for leisure and promoting anactive lifestyle.
    • Ability to handle membershipinquiries and manage swim pool spaceeffectively.
    • First Aid atWork
    • Successful applicant will be required toundertake DBScheck
