Description
Our client, a very successful business within the aerospace industry, are looking for a bright and confident Excel "expert" to join their office in Hemel Hempstead.
In return, you will learn everything about the industry whilst supporting their UK Sales & Purchasing Manager with the day-to-day administration needs, in a busy and supportive environment.
Advanced level of Excel including the ability to analyse and organise data and use macros and formulas is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
Analysing and organising data with Excel
Collating of quotes and market data via telephone
Answering incoming calls from clients and suppliers
Inputting and updating information on quotes and market data into inventory system
Deliver high quality customer service and responses
Assisting with ad-hoc requests from management
What the employer is looking for:
Advanced level of Excel including ability to analyse and organise data, using macros and formulas
At least 2 years' experience in an admin-focused position
Excellent organisation and administration skills
Good confident telephone manner and communication skills
Able to work independently and under own initiative
High energy level, sense of urgency and self-motivated
Excellent attention to detail
Team player with a good sense of humour
There is a medium sized dog in the office, so you must like dogs
