    Hodge Hill College is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our exams team as a Casual Exams Assistant. This is a casual role paid at £11.95 per hour worked.

    At Hodge Hill College, we are committed to high standards in our exam administration. As a Casual Exams Assistant, you will join our bank of invigilating staff and support during mock exams and GCSE exam periods. This is a flexible role with work hours during school terms when exams take place.

    The Exams team is part of the Data and Exams department, overseen by the Exams and Data Manager. Our team of invigilators work closely together to ensure exams run smoothly.

    Full training will be offered for this role. No experience is necessary but experience of working in an education setting is desired.

    • maintain network security, data protection and cybersecurity compliance
    • manage software licenses, asset database, and consumables stock
    • liaise with external agencies and suppliers
    • monitor IT developments to advise on future strategies
    • manage IT budgets, procurement and supplier relationships
    • develop IT policies, documentation and disaster recovery plans
