    Production Technician
    • Electronic ManufacturingLocation: Belper / DerbyshireSalary: £23,000 £30,000 + BenefitsIf you're ready to dive into an exciting role within a cutting edge electronics manufacturing facility my client is seeking a number of Production Technicians to join the team Operating within a state of the art, compact manufacturing setup, you'll be involved in various tasks, from product assembly to logistics and testing of top tier electronic products.
    Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of the manufacturing processes. Honesty, precision, and organisational skills are paramount as you contribute to the production of high-quality electronic goods.


    Personal Competencies Required:

    • Meticulous attention to detail.
    • Consistent delivery of high-quality work.
    • Strong communication and teamwork abilities, coupled with the capacity to work independently.
    • Effective time management skills, enabling autonomous task completion.
    • Proactive attitude towards process and procedure enhancement.
    • Diligent adherence to compliance requirements.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Required Technical Skills and Experience:

    • HND/HNC in Electronic Engineering or equivalent, with relevant experience considered.
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in electronic product manufacturing.

    Desired Technical Skills:

    • Relevant IPC training.
    • Experience in through-hole soldering and surface mount rework.

    Additional Requirements:
    You must be a UK National and be able to obtain and hold a high-level security clearance
