Dunhams Washroom Systems are a trusted brand of designers and manufacturers of exemplary washroom systems and toilet cubicles with 50 years experience. We pride ourselves in providing a bespoke and superior service to all our customers, from planning and designing through to delivery, with one point of contact throughout the project.

Our goal is to provide each customer with an enjoyable service and provide high quality British products, best suited to their individual requirements and budget. We strive to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction throughout every project ensuring maximum focus and care.

The Role:

We are currently recruiting for a self-motivated Production Manager to be a part of our great team and help our production staff keep projects moving and meet our clients deadlines.

The role requires for the Production Manager to strategically plan and oversee all production activities, ensuring the efficient workflow, timely delivery, and adherence to quality standards and excellence.

The role requires the direction, support and training of other team members by providing guidance and delegating effectively.

With a growing business this role will need to identify areas for improvement in the Production process, drive initiatives to increase efficiency, analyse production metrics and make data driven decisions.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Design, Quality Control, and Procurement to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of production activities with a keen eye on ensuring a Health and Safety culture

Salary: Full-time, Permanent role with pay of £37,0000 - £42,000 (dependent on experience) plus a Company bonus scheme and Company lunch is provided
