Close liaison with warehouse and engineering department in quality relating issues.Role is critical for success of Group55, ensuring quality standards are set and maintained and that day-to-day quality standards are met, and any corrective actions are actioned.
Devise and establish a company's quality procedures, standards, and specifications.~Hands-on approach to delivering training & improvements to the business, make your mark, develop, and implement your Leadership style to the Group55 team.
~ Work with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers, how we onboard and maintain standards, through questionnaire and external Audits.
~ Set the standards for Quality as well as Environmental, establish Group55 as a BCorp member drive the businesses Environmental approach.
~ Establish ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency throughout the business.
~ Set organisational sustainability targets, developing plans to meet those targets and oversee their delivery.
~ Define quality procedures through WI/SOPS in conjunction with the Operational team and wider business.
~ Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and produce statistical reports NCR's, KPI's
~ Measure performance and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing structured improvements.
~ Liaise with other managers and staff and provide training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality standards and
~ Change Management assess the effectiveness of changes made.

Good understanding of Quality principles
